5th Spray of Christmas

Updated: Jan 6

“On the 5th Spray of Christmas my aromatherapist made for me…” Today is Day 5!

Hair Spray

This is not the traditional hair spray you may be thinking of.

This is something you would use after you wash your hair.

Rosemary hydrosol is great for thin, and lifeless looking hair.

Rosemary hydrosol is also useful for greasy hair.

Rosemary hydrosol is especially good for dark hair, while Roman Chamomile has been traditionally used for blonde hair.

Sage hydrosol revitalizes hair and brings shine and life to dry hair.

Sage hydrosol is also useful in getting tangles out.

Once you apply this to your hair, you do NOT rinse it out. Style as usual.

You can also spray this on your hair a couple of times each day. Not sure if some would want to do that, after you just styled your hair… but it is an option.

Here is all you need

2 oz Spray Bottle

1/2 oz Sage (Salvia officinalis) Hydrosol

1/2 oz Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) Hydrosol

1 oz Distilled Water

Mix together in your 2 oz bottle and spray all over your hair when wet.

~ Side note: If you wanted to add the Roman Chamomile Hydrosol into your hair spray, here is the adjustment:

2 oz Spray Bottle

1/2 oz Sage (Salvia officinalis) Hydrosol

1/4 oz Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) Hydrosol

1/4 oz Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile) Hydrosol

1 oz Distilled Water

Mix together in your 2 oz bottle and spray all over your hair when wet.

Comment below if you end up making this! I would love to know what you thought of it.

Thank you for reading!

Love and Nature,

Nicole
