I created this product with stress in mind!  This is perfect for those stressful moments where you have that tension roaming around your head and you just need something calming to relax your head.  THIS would be it!
 
Directions:  Apply the roller ball over your temples and your third eye on your forehead.  Use as needed and avoid the eye area.

Safety: Overall, no safety concerns, but there are limitations for ages. Regular, which is safe for kids over age 6.  Extra strength, which is safe for kids over age 10.  Then lastly, Delicate.  Delicate is ideal for women who are cautious during nursing and pregnancy.  Delicate can be used on children over age 4. 
 
Make sure you patch test this on your skin for sensitivity.  Your forearm or crease of your arm is a good place, since it is the most sensitive part of your skin.
 
Additional Safety:  Continue reading to make sure you understand the safety of Peppermint Essential Oil in the regular and extra strength blends and Lavandin Essential Oil in the extra strength blends.  The amounts are very small, and are most likely safe.  But this is a call that you need to make, I am just putting this information out there so you can make an informed decision on which roller ball is best for you.  
 
Peppermint Essential Oil:
I have seen updates from reputable sources that peppermint is safe topically in ages 3-6 yrs old. There are some aromatherapists that exercise on the side of caution...as do I. My recommendation is, safe to use for kids age 6 and older.  This is due to high menthol content.  
 
For pregnancy/nursing, in my research, I am seeing more information where peppermint is safe than unsafe.  This is where you need to decide for yourself, but my recommendation, it is safe.  If you are concerned, chose the Delicate Tension Tamer.  There is no peppermint essential oil in this one.  
 
Peppermint is contraindicated in case of cardiac fibrillation and for G6PD deficiency.  G6PD deficiency is a genetic disorder that most often affects males. It happens when the body doesn't have enough of an enzyme called glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD).
 
Lavandin Essential Oil: 
According to The Essential Oil Safety book by Tisserand and Young, Lavandin may inhibit blood clotting.  So if you are on anticoagulants (such as asprin), recently had surgery, or about to have surgery within a few weeks, it is not recommended to use this essential oil until you are cleared by your doctor.
 
To keep the shelf life and integrity of the blend, do not leave in your car during warm to hot days.  This decreases the shelf life of the product and could make it go rancid very quickly.
 
Shelf life: 12-18 Months from purchase.
