If you are a runner, this is a much have!  As a runner myself, my feet would ache from long training runs.  I made this in mind specifically for people who's feet ache whether you are a runner, or someone who stands on their feet all day.  The peppermint and lime essential oils aides in awakening your feet.
 
Ingredients: Pink Himalayan Salt, * Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, *Citrus aurantifolia (Distilled Lime) Essential Oil, *Mentha x piperita (Peppermint) Essential Oil.

Directions:  Soak your feet in a foot bath.  I like to sit on the edge of the tube and fill it just enough that the water covers my ankles.  After a few minutes, scrub your feet with this foot scrub.  Place feet back in the water for a few more minutes before completely removing the foot scrub.

Make sure you patch test this on your skin for sensitivity if you normally have sensitive skin. Your forearm or crease of your arm is a good place, since it is the most sensitive part of your skin. If it is skin irritating, discontinue. 
 
I have seen updates from reputable sources that peppermint is safe topically in ages 3-6 yrs old. There are some aromatherapists that exercise on the side of caution...as do I. My recommendation is, safe to use for kids age 6 and older.  This is due to high menthol content. 
 
For pregnancy/nursing, in my research, I am seeing more information where peppermint is safe than unsafe.  Peppermint could slow down your milk supply if you are breastfeeding.  This is where you need to decide for yourself, but my recommendation, it is safe.
 
Peppermint is contraindicated in case of cardiac fibrillation and for G6PD deficiency.  G6PD deficiency is a genetic disorder that most often affects males. It happens when the body doesn't have enough of an enzyme called glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD)
