“On the 8th Spray of Christmas my aromatherapist made for me…” Today is Day 8!
Linen Sleep Spray
This is almost similar to the laundry spray because you are spraying it on your bedding. I love linen sprays so much, I had to give out a second recipe!
This one is more of a calming spray best to spray on top of your bedding, on or under your pillow just before bed to aide with sleep.
You can use Distilled Water if you didn’t want to use the German Chamomile hydrosol. This is also a great spray to spray all over the house to set the tone for bed time.
German Chamomile Hydrosol is calming and centering to the active mind. This hydrosol also has sedative effects.
You can also use German Chamomile hydrosol as an addition to your bath for calming and emotional comfort.
Lavender Essential Oil is calming. It is great for tension, stress, and anxiety that enters your life.
There are many types of Lavender essential oils, so make sure you pay attention to the
Latin name for this Lavender in the recipe below.
Green Mandarin Essential Oil is another calming essential oil. This one is also great for tension, stress, and anxiety.
Green Mandarin has some added benefits, such as it being sedative effects and can aid in insomnia.
Roman Chamomile Essential Oil is another calming essential oil. This one is great to support anxiety, irritability, stress, tension, and insomnia.
All the things that need help if you are trying to get a good night sleep.
Here is all you need
2 oz Spray Bottle
Mix all together, shake before each use, and use right before bed time.
